Introduction & Service Definition

This Privacy Policy is an official legal privacy agreement formulated by the Teldy operation team, applicable exclusively to the Teldy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Teldy is a professional local media conversion tool dedicated to adult users, with core functions of importing local video files and converting valid video clips into Live dynamic images. All conversion tasks are oriented to users’ personal aesthetic creation and local media processing needs.

This policy fully discloses the App’s data processing logic, privacy protection standards and user right protection specifications in the process of video importing and Live image conversion. By installing, accessing and using all functional services of the App, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this policy. If you disagree with any clause, you shall immediately stop using the App and delete all local data related to the service.

1. Adult Exclusive Usage Provision

This platform strictly implements adult-only access rules. The App and all its functional services are only open to users aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 years of age are completely prohibited from accessing, downloading and using the software.

The video-to-Live conversion function provided by the App is designed for adult personal media production and daily image processing scenarios, and does not serve any minor group. The platform will not actively collect, store or retain any personal information, operation records or media content of minors. If minor-related data is accidentally acquired due to extreme system exceptions, the platform will perform thorough, irreversible permanent deletion at the first time. All users warrant that they have full civil capacity and legal adult qualification when using this service.

Teldy abides by three major non-negotiable data governance principles for media conversion services:full local processing, authorized minimal processing, and zero commercial privacy utilization. All video import, frame analysis, Live image generation and file saving operations are completed independently in the user’s local device sandbox. The platform does not actively capture user media content, and all data processing behaviors are limited to the basic requirements for realizing video-to-Live conversion functions, without any excessive data collection and privacy exploitation.

3. Classification of Processed User Data

To ensure the stable operation of video uploading, intelligent parsing and Live dynamic image conversion functions, the App only processes the following user actively authorized content and de-identified auxiliary data, without collecting any irrelevant sensitive private information:

3.1 User Media Processing Content

Original media content independently imported and processed by users for Live image conversion:

• Original Video Files: Local video files actively uploaded and selected by users for clip intercepting and Live conversion processing.

• Converted Live Images: Dynamic Live image files generated locally by the App after video frame parsing, encoding and format conversion, which can be saved to the user’s local device.

3.2 Anonymous Service Operation Data

To optimize media conversion compatibility, fix functional errors and improve user operation fluency, the platform anonymously collects non-identifiable basic device data including device model, system version, App running logs and functional exception records. Such data cannot locate individual user identity, will not be bound to user video and Live image content, and is only used for internal product iteration optimization.

4. Authorized Legal Data Usage Scenarios

All processed user data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service operation purposes, without any hidden usage, unauthorized expansion or commercial data trading behavior:

• Realize core conversion service: Complete local video parsing, clip identification, dynamic frame synthesis and Live format generation to meet users’ personalized Live image production needs.

• Optimize product adaptation performance: Analyze anonymous operation logs to improve video format compatibility, conversion success rate, dynamic image clarity and running stability.

• Fix functional anomalies: Capture App running crashes and conversion failures, continuously repair product bugs and optimize user experience.

• Provide official user support: Respond to user function consultation, problem feedback and privacy-related inquiries through the exclusive official email channel.

5. Local Storage Rules & User Absolute Sovereignty

Teldy adopts a 100% offline local processing and local storage mechanism. All user imported original videos and newly generated Live dynamic images are only stored in the user’s personal device local space. The platform has no remote server upload, cloud synchronization, automatic backup and remote storage functions for user media content.

Temporary cache files generated during video parsing and Live conversion will be automatically cleared after the conversion task is completed to avoid redundant data accumulation. Users have full independent control over all media content: you can save, delete, sort and clean up original videos and converted Live images at any time. All deleted media data will be permanently and completely erased without residual backups and cannot be recovered.

6. Third-Party Privacy Non-Disclosure Commitment

The App firmly promises that all user video resources and converted Live image content are private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any user media processing content and operation records to any third-party institutions, enterprises and individuals under any non-legal mandatory scenarios.

The App’s video-to-Live conversion core technology is independently developed and operated, with no embedded third-party data statistics SDK, behavior tracking tool, external transmission interface and privacy monitoring component. The only data disclosure exception is mandatory legal requirements: the platform will disclose relevant data in strict accordance with national legal provisions and valid judicial law enforcement documents.

7. Full-Link Privacy Security Protection Mechanism

The platform builds a whole-process local isolation security system for user media conversion behaviors. All video parsing, dynamic frame synthesis and Live format conversion operations run in an encrypted local sandbox environment, which can effectively prevent data tampering, leakage, loss and illegal access. Strict internal permission isolation management is implemented, and no staff can view, obtain or export user local video and Live image content in any form to fully protect user media privacy and data security.

8. Sensitive Data Non-Collection Statement

The App’s functional logic is limited to video frame analysis and Live dynamic image format conversion. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information contained in user videos, including facial biometric features, geographic metadata, voice content and other private sensitive information. All processing operations are purely technical format conversion behaviors, without any sensitive data mining and analysis.

9. Cache & User Behavior Restriction Clause

The App only uses basic local cache technology to ensure the smooth progress of video parsing and Live conversion tasks. We do not use tracking Cookies, user behavior recording tools and third-party monitoring tools to track user usage habits and private preferences. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal use of core video conversion functions.

10. User Content Legal Liability Specification

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all video materials uploaded and processed by themselves and generated Live images. Users undertake not to use this App to process, produce or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, illegal and other non-compliant content that violates national laws and public order and good customs.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service qualification of users who violate regulations, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.

11. Policy Revision & Effective Rules

We reserve the right to irregularly revise and update this Privacy Policy in accordance with product function iteration, service upgrade and updates of national personal information protection laws and regulations. The latest revised policy will be publicly displayed in the App with a clear update timestamp. Users’ continued use of the App’s services after the policy update shall be deemed as full recognition and acceptance of the revised terms.
